By checking the SMS consent box on our website form, you agree to this Part 2 along with the rest of these Terms. To the extent any conflict exists between this Part 2 and Part 1 (General Terms of Use), this Part 2 controls for matters related to text messaging.

By submitting your phone number through our Site and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional, personalized, transactional, and conversational text messages from Your Home Compass related to your real estate inquiry — including property details, responses to your questions, and appointment confirmations — sent to the mobile number you provided or any other number you designate, which may include messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

You opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website form at the time of submission. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and our conversation with you. Your Home Compass reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, whether to increase or decrease the total number of messages sent.

We are able to deliver messages to major national and regional carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Your Home Compass, its service providers, and the mobile carriers supported by this program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We reserve the right to change the phone number or short code from which messages are sent, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you if we do so.

Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT at any time to unsubscribe from text messages. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. You acknowledge that our text messaging platform may not recognize or act on unsubscribe requests that don't use one of these keywords, and that Your Home Compass and its service providers are not liable for failing to honor a request sent in a different form. You may opt back in at any time by submitting a new form on our Site or contacting us directly.
